Alexis Izquierdo, the firm’s founding attorney, received his Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Miami in 1990. Mr. Izquierdo received his Juris Doctorate from Loyola University in 1993. Mr. Izquierdo has been a practicing attorney in Florida for over 27 years. His clients are his highest priority and he represents their interests aggressively, obtaining the best results through zealous advocacy, teamwork and dedication. In the process, he has built a strong foundation in the community based on trust and loyalty.
Mr. Izquierdo is an Eagle member of the Florida Justice Association, a Florida organization comprised of trial lawyers who are dedicated to victims of negligence. Mr. Izquierdo is also a member of the Cuban American Bar Association, the Dade County Bar Association, and the Hialeah-Miami Lakes Bar Association. He has devoted a large portion of his practice to automobile tort claims and insurance litigation. His firm has also successfully resolved numerous cases involving negligent security. Mr. Izquierdo is a passionate bilingual attorney born in Havana, Cuba. He is a is a fervent Miami Heat fan who has called South Florida home since the age of three. Mr. Izquierdo is currently an avid cyclist and enjoys spending leisure time with his wife and three daughters in his South Florida residence.

Vanessa del Pino is an Associate at Alexis Izquierdo, P.A., she was born in Elizabeth, New Jersey, to Cuban parents, but grew up in Hialeah, Florida. Vanessa attended Hialeah-Miami Lakes Senior High School before earning her Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice from Florida International University. Subsequently, he obtained his Juris Doctorate from the Thomas M. Cooley Law School with a focus on General Practice.
Ms. Del Pino is admitted to practice law in both the state of Texas and the state of Florida. She has demonstrated her passion for the legal field since she began working at our firm in 2000.
After being admitted to practice in the state of Texas, Ms. Del Pino was a trial attorney at a medium-sized personal injury law firm until she became a Dallas County public defender. During her time in the Public Defender’s office, she handled all kinds of misdemeanor cases for those who couldn’t afford an attorney and participated in the Dallas County Criminal Court No. 9 Prostitution Diversion Program.
Ms. Del Pino has returned to her hometown of Hialeah and is now handling a wide range of cases for the firm, including negligent security, car accident, wrongful death, and other personal injury cases involving catastrophic injuries. However, she is not limited to the field of personal injury and can handle other types of cases. She is fluent in English and Spanish.
